About the project :

“Divvya Bharat” is an NGO project initiated by “Inclusive Skills Foundation” (a Section 8 Not for profit Foundation) undertaken by experienced Senior Corporate Professionals.

Divvya Bharat aims to fill in the gap for enabling better livelihoods, build a sense of achievement and self-dependence for the Specially Abled (People with Disability).  

You must be aware about 2.21% people in India as suffering from one or other kind of disability and facing various challenges like-

 

 

A. Inaccessibility

B. Low Representation

C. Barriers to Health Care

D. The Education System is still not Inclusive

E. Attitudinal Barriers

F. Inaccessible communication systems

G.Institutional Barriers

 

To tackle with this scenario Divvya Bharat working on “Skilling”, “building entrepreneurs” and “finding employment” for people with disability. Our agenda is inspired by ‘Accessible IndiaDigital India and Skill India’

 

We will be offering a self-enabling opportunity model by which they can identify their own strengths and weaknesses from an early stage through assessment tools. We have created a dedicated call center environment to leverage databases available / filter registrations & connect with individuals and have specially trained our staff to be able to handle sensitive conversations as well as be able to map the capability accurately. Our Focus is currently on building Life Skills, Tech Skills and Communication skills along with 4-5 Sector Skills in the Garment Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail, IT/ITeS and Banking/Insurance space as well as working on placing PwD in corporate

 

In this context, we are looking for your precious financial support (INR 7,00,000) towards building a bright future for PwD’s through our own training center.
