About the project :
About RoboCupJunior
RoboCupJunior (RCJ) is one of the best International competitions. It focuses on education and aims to introduce the larger goals of the RoboCup project (creating robots) to primary and secondary school children. RCJ organizes 2 types of competitions namely: ‘Rescue Line’ and ‘Rescue Maze’. The first international RoboCup Junior competition was held in Melbourne, Australia. Since then, it has been held in various countries viz. 2014: Brazil; 2015: China; 2016: Germany; 2017: Japan; 2018: Canada, 2019: Australia. In 2020, the finals will be conducted at Bordeaux, France.
RoboCupJunior (RCJ) features in the list of competitions published by Niti Aayog, in which ATL schools are encouraged to participate.
RoboCup Junior Regional Competitions are being organized across India this year, and will be succeeded with a Grand National Championship in Feb-March 2020 and an International Championship to be held in Bordeaux, Franch in June 2020.
About the Organizers: TechKritya Eduventures is a pioneer in introducing Technology education to school children and has trained 2,00,000+ school students in the field of robotics and has set up over 300+ Atal Tinkering Labs across India.
Stages Of Selection Up To Final International Competition
1) The North Zone Competition will be held in Nov-Dec, 2019 across three locations on a two day event format i.e. Practice day followed by Final Competition day.
2) The winners/selected teams from each region/location will go to the Indian National competition to be held in the month of February 2020.
3) The winners/selected teams will represent India in the International competition which will be held in Bordeaux, France in June 2020.

Team Size: Minimum 2 & Maximum 4 Students

Date: 30th November 2019 (Practice session) & 1st December 2019 (Competition)
Time: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Venue: Kapil Gyanpeeth School, Jaipur

Last date of Registration: 25th November, 2019
Fee for RoboCup: Rs 5,000 per Team
Accomodation & Food: Breakfast & Lunch on both days and accommodation on 30th night will be provided by Organisers at no additional cost.
