  1. Definitions used in this policy

"Third party" For the purposes of this document, a 'Third Party' is a service provider who associates with DW and is involved in handling, managing, storing, processing, protecting and transmitting information of DW and also includes all sub-contractors, consultants and/or representatives of the Third party.

    Using DW requires you to create an account or to use your other social media accounts to log into our server and systems. The primary reason behind this protocol is to ensure that your identity is preserved in a secured way and to also provide our users a hassle free, smooth, safe, and efficient customer experience. This also enables us to send you customized mailers, or showcase areas that you are most likely to be interested in. We also allow anonymous browsing, but to take part in any of the discussions, contribute to a project, create a campaign etc, you are required to log in. Log in can be either directly by creating an account on DW or by signing in through an associate API such as Facebook. This method helps us capture your details from the servers. We may automatically track certain information about you based on your interaction on our website. We also use data collection methodologies like "cookies" on certain sections and pages on our website which help us understand our web page flow chart, measure the online promotional effectiveness, and to also promote integrity, trust and safety. Certain information that we capture includes, but may not be limited to;

    We and our authorized third parties may collect different types of Personal Information and Sensitive personal Data Or Information, as required under laws and regulation and also based on your desire to invest in our products and services and our business relationship with you. In case you do not provide your information or consent for usage of personal information or later on withdraw your consent for usage of the personal information so collected, DW reserves the right to discontinue/cancel the subscription /services for which, the said information was sought.

    5. Browser specifications to make our website more accessible and easy to navigate.

    7. Information that you post under campaign pages, comments, share the campaign pages, submit a report etc.

  3. Use of your Personal Information and Sensitive personal Data or Information. 

    The Personal Information and Sensitive personal Data Or Information that we collect from you is held in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in India. It may be used by us for a number of lawful purposes connected with our business operations and functions, which include but not limited to:
    1. Identify when you sign in to your account
    2. Enable us to provide you with the bouquet of services we offer to our registered users.
    3. Administer your account with us
    4. Engage in a two way communication by sending you mailers and newsletters.
    5. Try to customize your experience on our website by tracking your behavior.

    7. Provide your details to other users based on your discretion (Seeker or Contributors)
    8. Use for other purposes that we may disclose to you when we request your information
    9. If you choose to donate or contribute through DW, we also collect information about your donation pattern and your usage behavior in general.
    10. If you transact by using your credit/debit card or net banking or through any other acceptable mode of payment, we may be required to capture some additional information like your primary email address, billing address etc. as the case may be.
    11. Carrying out any activity in connection with a legal, governmental or regulatory requirement , for the purpose of compliance of a legal obligation, in connection with legal proceedings, in connection with prevention, detection , investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offenses protect and defend our rights or property or act in an emergency to protect someone's safety or to help investigations, monitor or prevent or take action regarding unlawful and illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threat to the safety or security of any person.

  6. Preview and updation of Personal Information: 

    We strive to keep our records updated with your latest information. To this end, if you see any discrepancy in your personal information or if a part of your personal information changes, we request you to visit DW office or write to us at info@dreamwallets.com.

  7. Use of your Credit/Debit card details: 

    The credit and debit card details that you submit while making a contribution on the Website goes through the Safe and Secure transaction process provided by our payment gateway partners who have the strongest and the most secured data encryption system. Furthermore, you will also be taken through a "Verified by Visa" or OTP process to prevent any misuse of your debit/credit cards. Please note the following regarding your debit/credit card details: Your credit/debit card details (Card numbers, passwords, CVV numbers etc.) are not shared with the Company, or the Website or the campaigner. They remain safely with the certified payment gateway.

  8. Social Media and third party API login details:

     The Company only uses Facebook logins for the purpose of speedy registrations towards creating a User profile on the Website. Facebook logins allows the Website to get access to a User's Facebook profile and import data such as profile picture and email address to generate the account as well as show the User's profile picture in case the User makes a contribution to a campaign. The Website or the Company does not publish anything on a User's Facebook profile without the due permissions granted by the User. The Website also may access the friend's list of a User due to its access to the Facebook profile of the User. We take utmost care in not trespassing the privacy of a User's social profile on Facebook without due permissions.

  9. Third Party Websites / Links: 

    The Website contains links to content on other Websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of any websites whose links appear on the Website or those which link to the Website.

  10. Miscellaneous
     
    • At a minimum, your IP address, browser and OS specifications are automatically collected by the system to enable the Website to provide the best service to you. No personal or confidential information is collected automatically, i.e., without your consent. This would also help us identify phishing IP addresses or users to maintain sanity for other users.
    • Cookies: Cookies are used on the Website to maintain your session and its offshoots, including the contribution checkout, thus ensuring that you have a better user experience. No other personal or confidential information is collected without your consent
    • Mailing Lists: you authorize us to send periodic emails that contain website feature updates and new campaigns that in our opinion may be exciting for you. We may send emails to all our users about updates to the Website even if they did not subscribe to the Website's Newsletter. At any point in time you may request to unsubscribe to these emails by emailing unsubscribing to our mail letters or by changing the mailing subscription from your user dashboard.
    • Email address: Your email address and other personally identifiable information are not shared with any third party, except with the Seeker on whose Project you have Contributed. Because of your relationship with us, you will receive mailings only from the Website and no third parties, except the aforementioned Project Owner/Seeker. We reserve the right to share aggregate information after disclosing identities on usage patterns and trends with third parties, particularly our partners
    • Account Passwords: Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect the personal information that is stored in our database. We limit the access to your personal information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function, such as our customer service personnel

    Copyright in the whole and every part of this Website belongs to DW, unless otherwise indicated, and may not be used, sold, licensed, copied or reproduced in whole or in part in any manner or form or in or on any media to any person without the prior written consent of DW. DW may also claim rights in other trademarks, service marks, logos and icons contained on this Website.
